AMENDED LEGAL NOTICE The State of Ohio, Richland County Juvenile Court Cases # 2025 DEP 00072, 2025 DEP 00073, AND 2025 DEP 00074 IN THE MATTER OF COLE KOBB, GRAYSON KOBB, AND AVAYA STEPHENSON, DEPENDENT CHILDREN TO: FELICIA KOBB, mother of COLE KOBB, GRAYSON KOBB, AND AVAYA STEPHENSON, LKA 864 MAYFLOWER DRIVE, MANSFIELD, OH 44905, whereabouts unknown BENJAMIN KOBB, father of COLE KOBB AND GRAYSON KOBB, LKA 653 KENTUCKY AVENUE, MANSFIELD, OHIO 44905 BE IT KNOWN: A Motion for Disposition has been filed in this Court requesting that said dependent and/or neglected, and/or abused child(ren), COLE KOBB, GRAYSON KOBB, AND AVAYA STEPHENSON, be placed in the LEGAL CUSTODY of maternal grandmother, Karla Stephenson. WHEREAS an Order of LEGAL CUSTODY will not divest you of your parental rights nor relieve you of your parental responsibilities but will result in the permanent removal of your child(ren) from you and from your legal custody; NOW, THEREFORE, you are notified that you should personally appear before the Juvenile Court located at 411 South Diamond Street, Mansfield, Ohio on: MAY 06, 2026 AT 10:20 AM.
