BE IT KNOWN: A Motion for Disposition has been filed in this Court requesting that said dependent and/or neglected, and/or abused child(ren), COLE KOBB, GRAYSON KOBB, AND AVAYA STEPHENSON, be placed in the LEGAL CUSTODY of maternal grandmother, Karla Stephenson.
WHEREAS an Order of LEGAL CUSTODY will not divest you of your parental rights nor relieve you of your parental responsibilities but will result in the permanent removal of your child(ren) from you and from your legal custody;
