IN THE MATTER OF: CASE NO. 26AND0010 J.M. (d.o.b. 06/27/2018) ALLEGED ABUSED/ NEGLECTED/ DEPENDENT CHILDREN TIA MONDAY, mother of the children, whose last known address is 339 6th Street, Huntington, WV 25701 and KEVIN WASHINGTON, father of the child J.M., whose last known address is UNKNOWN are HEREBY NOTIFIED that on February 06, 2026, Scioto County Children Services ("SCCS") filed a Complaint alleging that said child is abused, neglected, and/or dependent and requesting the temporary emergency custody of said child. TIA MONDAY and KEVIN WASHINGTON are further notified that an adjudication hearing will be held on, March 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. and a disposition hearing will be held on March 23, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at the Scioto County Juvenile Court, 602 7th Street, Portsmouth, Ohio 45662 and that they are required to attend. ANY COURT ACTION CAN HAVE AN EFFECT ON PARENTAL RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. AN ADJUDICATION THAT THE CHILD IS ABUSED, NEGLECTED, OR DEPENDENT MAY RESULT IN AN ORDER OF TEMPORARY CUSTODY THAT WILL CAUSE THE REMOVAL OF THE CHILD FROM THE LEGAL CUSTODY OF THE PARENT/CUSTODIAN UNTIL THE COURT TERMINATES THE ORDER OF TEMPORARY CUSTODY OR PERMANENTLY DIVESTS THE PARENTS OF THEIR PARENTAL RIGHTS.
