(d.o.b. 08/07/2024) CASE NO. 26AND0015-16 ALLEGED NEGLECTED/ DEPENDENT CHILD LEGAL NOTICE DOMINIQUE WASHINGTON, father of the D.G., whose last known address is UNKNOWN and GARY TUMBLESON, father of the N.T., whose last known address is 1618 Highland Avenue, Portsmouth, Ohio 45662 are HEREBY NOTIFIED that on February 13, 2026, Scioto County Children Services ("SCCS") filed a Complaint alleging that said child is abused, neglected, and/or dependent and requesting the temporary emergency custody of said child. DOMINIQUE WASHINGTON and GARY TUMBLESON, are further notified that an adjudication hearing will be held on, March 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and a disposition hearing will be held on April 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Scioto County Juvenile Court, 602 7th Street, Portsmouth, Ohio 45662 and that they are required to attend. ANY COURT ACTION CAN HAVE AN EFFECT ON PARENTAL RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. AN ADJUDICATION THAT THE CHILD IS ABUSED, NEGLECTED OR DEPENDENT MAY RESULT IN AN ORDER OF TEMPORARY CUSTODY THAT WILL CAUSE THE REMOVAL OF THE CHILD FROM THE LEGAL CUSTODY OF THE PARENT/CUSTODIAN UNTIL THE COURT TERMINATES THE ORDER OF TEMPORARY CUSTODY OR PERMANENTLY DIVESTS THE PARENTS OF THEIR PARENTAL RIGHTS.
