BENNETT Magistrate Luke Brazinski TO: Gabrial Lyon and Justin Metcalf; You are hereby notified that a petition for custody has been filed in this Court by Bonnie Lyon. Said petition contains a request for legal custody of the minor children, C.M. and J.M. A custody hearing is scheduled April 2, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at Scioto County Juvenile Court, 602 7th Street, Portsmouth, Ohio.
