BENNETT TO: Unknown father, You are hereby notified that a petition for custody has been filed in this Court by Timothy and Tina Ashley. Said petition contains a request for legal custody of the minor child, Anthony Ashley. A custody hearing is scheduled April 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Scioto County Juvenile Court, 602 7th Street, Portsmouth, Ohio.
