(d.o.b. 03/11/2024) CASE NO. 24AND0010 LEGAL NOTICE DAVID HUDSON, alleged father of the child, C.S., whose last known address is 614 Campbell Ave., Portsmouth, Ohio 45662 and UNKNOWN FATHER OF THE CHILD, whose last known address is UNKNOWN, are hereby notified that on December 04, 2025, a MOTION FOR PERMANENT CUSTODY was filed requesting that the permanent custody of said child be vested in Scioto County Children Services. The mother of the child is Raquel Shepherd. DAVID HUDSON or UNKNOWN FATHER OF THE CHILD are further notified that a hearing on said motion will be held in the Scioto County Juvenile Court, 602 Seventh Street, Portsmouth, Ohio, 45662 on April 13, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., and that they are required to attend. ANY COURT ACTION CAN HAVE AN EFFECT ON PARENTAL RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. ABSENT OBJECTIONS AND TESTIMONY FROM YOU, THE COURT MAY GRANT PERMANENT CUSTODY OF YOUR CHILD TO SCIOTO COUNTY CHILDREN SERVICES AFTER PRESENTATION OF TESTIMONY.
