Rebekah K. McConnell, 470 Zahn Drive, Akron, OH 44313, Plaintiff vs. Charles C. McConnell, Defendant. 
Charles C. McConnell, whose last known address is 1473 Hilton Drive, Akron, OH 44313, but whose address other than as set forth is unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on October 28, 2025, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Divorce in the Common Pleas Court, Domestic Relations Division, of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. DR2025 10 2868, requesting a divorce from the defendant based on the grounds that the parties are incompatible; that the parties have lived separate and apart without cohabitation and without interruption for one year; that the defendant is guilty of gross neglect of duty and that the defendant is guilty of habitual drunkenness.. 
Please take notice that an uncontested divorce hearing before Judge Kani Hightower is scheduled for April 29, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. 
Said above named Defendant will further take notice that he is required to answer the Complaint on or before the 10th day of April 2026.
