LEGAL NOTICE The Defendants, Eileen Wiggins and the Unknown Spouse, if any, all whose last known address is 2110 - 24th Street NE, Canton, OH 44705, Stark County; and if the above Defendants are deceased, the unknown widow, widower, devisees, legatees, heirs at law, executors, administrators, assigns and unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs Eileen Wiggins, if deceased, Frances A. Gravius, Address Unknown and Lisa A. May, Address Unknown, and the Unknown Tenant at 2110 – 24th Street NE, Canton, OH 44705, will please take notice that on the 28th day of January, 2026, Treasurer of Stark County, Ohio, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the case for the foreclosure of tax lien encumbering the following property as set forth below: Known as and being Permanent Parcel No. 247876, located at 2110 - 24th Street NE, Canton, OH 44705, Stark County, further described in the Preliminary Judicial Report filed with the Stark County Clerk of Courts. This foreclosure proceeding is captioned, Alexander A. Zumbar, Treasurer of Stark County, Ohio v. Eileen Wiggins, et al., Case No. 2026CV00201, Stark County Court of Common Pleas, Stark County Courthouse, Canton, Ohio, and requests that this real estate to pay delinquent real estate taxes.
