Lowe and the Unknown Spouse, if any, Mary Lowe and the Unknown Spouse, if any, all whose last known address is 1218 - 5th Street NE, Canton, OH 44704, Stark County; and if the above Defendants are deceased, the unknown widow, widower, devisees, legatees, heirs at law, executors, administrators, assigns and unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Robert L. Lowe, if deceased, and Mary Lowe, if deceased; and Defendant, the Unknown Tenant at 1218 – 5th Street NE, Canton, OH 44704, will please take notice that on the 25th day of February, 2026, Treasurer of Stark County, Ohio, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the case for the foreclosure of tax lien encumbering the following property as set forth below: Known as and being Permanent Parcel No. 220033, located at 1218 - 5th Street NE, Canton, OH 44704, Stark County, further described in the Preliminary Judicial Report filed with the Stark County Clerk of Courts. This foreclosure proceeding is captioned, Alexander A. Zumbar, Treasurer of Stark County, Ohio v. Robert L. Lowe, et al., Case No. 2026CV00418, Stark County Court of Common Pleas, Stark County Courthouse, Canton, Ohio, and requests that this real estate to pay delinquent real estate taxes.
