McLinden & Unknown Spouse, if any, all whose last known address is 4815 Monticello Street NW, Canton, OH 44708, and if the above Defendants are deceased, the unknown widow, widower, devisees, legatees, heirs at law, executors, administrators, assigns and unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs, will please take notice that on the 26th day of February, 2026, Treasurer of Stark County, Ohio, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the case for the foreclosure of tax lien encumbering the following property as set forth below: Known as and being Permanent Parcel No. 4318324, located at vacant lot at Monticello Street NW, Canton, OH 44708, Stark County, further described in the Preliminary Judicial Report filed with the Stark County Clerk of Courts. This foreclosure proceeding is captioned, Alexander A. Zumbar, Treasurer of Stark County, Ohio v. James I. McLinden, et al., Case No. 2026CV00437, Stark County Court of Common Pleas, Stark County Courthouse, Canton, Ohio, and requests that this real estate to pay delinquent real estate taxes.
