Waikem and Diane Moore, all whose last known addresses are, and the Unknown Tenant at 925 – 14th Street NE, Canton, OH 44704, will please take notice that on the 28th day of January, 2026, Treasurer of Stark County, Ohio, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the case for the foreclosure of tax lien encumbering the following property as set forth below: Known as and being Permanent Parcel No. 235222, located at 925 - 14th Street NE, Canton, OH 44704, Stark County, further described in the Preliminary Judicial Report filed with the Stark County Clerk of Courts. This foreclosure proceeding is captioned, Alexander A. Zumbar, Treasurer of Stark County, Ohio v. James Moore, Jr., et al., Case No. 2026CV00198, Stark County Court of Common Pleas, Stark County Courthouse, Canton, Ohio, and requests that this real estate to pay delinquent real estate taxes.
