The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Devisees or Legatees of Ronnie Brewer, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on December 16, 2024, the Plaintiff, Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., filed its Complaint in Case NO. 24 CV 009618, in the Court of Common Please of Franklin County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 3710 Elbern Ave, Columbus, OH 43213, Permanent Parcel NO. 090-001840-00, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
