FORECLOSURE NOTICE: Case No. 25CV-6928. The Huntington National Bank, Plaintiff, vs. David Herriott, et al., Defendants. Defendants David Herriott and Stephanie Herriott, whose last known address is 664 Broaderick Court, The Villages, FL 32163; and John Doe, the unknown spouse, if any, of Rose Marie Wilson, whose last known address is 218 Belvidere Ave., Columbus, OH 43223; and John Doe and/or Jane Doe, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, and Assigns of Rose Marie Wilson, whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that the Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 218 Belvidere Ave., Columbus, OH 43223, Parcel No. 010-057874-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims. The Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this legal notice on April 07, 2026.
