Wilson, whose last place of residence is known as 3131 Denver Avenue, Columbus, OH 43209 but whose present place of residence is unknown and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Kathleen A. Wilson, whose last place of residence is known as 3131 Denver Avenue, Columbus, OH 43209 but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on December 9, 2025, U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as Trustee, as successor-in-interest to U.S. Bank National Association, as indenture trustee, for the holders of the CIM Trust 2019-R4, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2019-R4, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 25CV010563 in the Court of Common Pleas Franklin County, Ohio, 345 South High Street, Floor 1, Columbus, OH 43215 alleging that the Defendants, Kathleen A. Wilson and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Kathleen A. Wilson, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 3131 Denver Avenue, Columbus, OH 43209, PPN #010-091932-00. A complete legal description may be obtained with the Franklin County Auditor's Office located at 373 South High Street, 21st Floor, Columbus, OH 43215-6310. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
