FORECLOSURE NOTICE: Case No. 25CV-5937. Franklin County Treasurer, Cheryl Brooks Sullivan, Plaintiff, vs. Donald L. Fraime, et al., Defendants. Defendants. The Defendants, Donald L. Fraime and Janet M. Fraime, whose last known address is 950 Berkeley Road, Columbus, OH 43206, will take notice that the Defendants, Kemba Credit Union, Inc., successor by merger to New Horizons Credit Union Inc., (“Kemba Credit Union”) filed its Cross Claim in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 950 Berkeley Road, Columbus, OH 43206, Parcel No. 010-080578-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, attorney fees, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims. The Defendants are required to answer Kemba Credit Union's Cross Claim within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
