Defendant(s), Jennifer R. Tuvell, Trustee of the Jennifer R. Tuvell Trust, whose last known addresses are 16218 E. Oakwood Drive, Aurora, CO, 80016 and 648 Dewey Street, Birmingham, MI 48009; and the unknown surviving spouses and unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors, guardians, successors and assigns, if any, of Jennifer R. Tuvell, Trustee of the Jennifer R. Tuvell Trust, if they be deceased or remarried, whose last known addresses are unknown; Unknown Tenants, whose last known address is 435 E. Norwich Avenue, Columbus, OH 43201; and the unknown surviving spouses and unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors, guardians, successors and assigns, if any, of the Unknown Tenants, whose last known addresses are unknown; will take notice that the Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 435 E. Norwich Ave., Columbus, OH 43201, Parcel No. 010-036821-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, penalties, assessments, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims. The Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
