Brown Adam Tisdale, et al., Defendants Defendant(s), Bethel Commons Condominium Association, whose last Statutory Agents last known address is 6255 Corporate Center Drive, Dublin, OH 43016, will take notice that on September 22, 2025, Arvest Bank, Successor in Interest by Merger to Arvest Central Mortgage Company, filed its Complaint in Case Number 25CV008155, Franklin County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Bethel Commons Condominium Association, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Premises commonly known as: 5632 Wigmore Drive, Columbus, OH 43235 Parcel No.: 590-230657-00 The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
