PNC Bank, NA, Plaintiff, vs. Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns, and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of David B. Ratliff, aka David B. Ratcliff, Deceased et al., Defendants. Defendants, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns, and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of David B. Ratliff, aka David B. Ratcliff, whose last known addresses are unknown; and the Unknown Spouse of Theodore A. Rice (as to deed dated 4/1/1978) and the Unknown Spouse of Marilyn L. Rice (as to deed dated 4/1/1978), whose last known addresses are unknown, will take notice that the Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 2775 James Court, Grove City, OH 43123, Parcel No. 040-002968-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims. The Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
