FORECLOSURE NOTICE: Case No. 25CV-10378. Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, solely as Owner Trustee for NRPL 2023-RPL1 Trust, Plaintiff, vs. the Unknown Spouse, if any, of David J. Goodin, et al., Defendants. The Defendants, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Assigns, and their Spouses, if any, of David J. Goodin; and the unknown spouse, if any, of David J. Goodin; whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that the Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215; seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 3861 Tamara Dr., Grove City, OH 43123, Parcel No. 040-003334-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, attorney fees, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims. The Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
