TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY NOTICE: Case No. 25CV-9993. Colton Tippett, et al, Plaintiffs vs. Unknown Heirs, Successors, Assigns, Devisees, and Legatees of Jeffrey A. Tippet, et al., Defendants. The Defendants, the Unknown Heirs, Successors, Assigns, Devisees, and Legatees of Jeffrey A. Tippet, who is deceased, and all persons claiming an interest in the subject property, whose last known address is unknown, will take note that Plaintiffs Colton and Cody Tippett have filed a Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking to quiet title in the real property located at 1993 Westbranch Road, Grove City, OH 43123, Parcel No. 570-170136-00; seeking a judgment to declare Plaintiffs to be the lawful owners in fee simple, and any other equitable relief.
