Millard, whose last place of residence is 508 Urban Avenue, Sidney, OH 45365, will take notice that January 15, 2026, a Complaint was filed in the matter of Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC v. Taylor W. Millard, et al., Case No. 26CV000014, in the Court of Common Pleas of Shelby County, Ohio, 100 E. Court Street, Sidney, OH 45365, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) Unknown Spouse, if any, of Taylor W. Millard are unknown to the Plaintiff and have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 508 Urban Avenue, Sidney, OH 45365 and known as Parcel Number 011835280008. A complete legal description of the property may be obtained from the Shelby County Auditor's Office, located at Shelby County Annex Building, 129 E E Court Street, Sidney, OH 45365. You are required to answer the publication within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once per week for three consecutive weeks, and the last publication will be made on May 6, 2026.
