Brad Letsche, Jane Doe, name unknown, spouse of Brad Letsche, will take notice that the Plaintiff, Newrez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Butler County, Ohio, with the above reference case number. The object of and demand for relief in the Complaint is to foreclose upon the Plaintiff's Mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which the Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing Defendant(s) have or claim to have an interest:
PARCEL ONE:
Lot Number One (1) as the same is known and designated on the recorded plat of Romilda Acres, a subdivision of lots and lands located in Section 14, Town 3, Range 3, Wayne Township, Butler County, Ohio. SAVE AND EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE, TO-WIT: Situated in Section 14, Town 3, Range 3, Wayne Township, Butler County, Ohio and being part of Lot 1 of Romilda Acres, as recorded in Volume 14, Page 25 of the Plat Records of the Recorder of Butler County, and being more particularly described as follows;
Beginning at an iron pin on the north west corner of said Lot 1, said point being also on the east right of way line of Jacksonburg Road; Thence N. 89° 44' 24" E, 55.76 feet to an iron pin and the real place of beginning for this description;
Thence N 89° 44' 24" E, 214.98 feet to an iron pin;
Thence S 04° 00' 00" W, 17.00 feet to an iron pin;
Thence N 85° 43' 29" W, 214.39 feet to the place of beginning.
Containing 1893 square feet (.043 acres)

Situated in Section 14, Town 3, Range 3, Wayne Township, Butler County, Ohio and being of and part of the land adjacent to, and north of Lot 1, of Romilda Acres, as recorded in Volume 14, Page 25 of the Plat Records of the Recorder of Butler County, and being more particularly described as follows; Beginning at an iron pin on the northwest corner of said Lot 1, said point being also on the east right of way line of Jacksonburg Road; Thence N 4° 00' 00" E, along the east right of way line of Jacksonburg Road, 4.41 feet to an iron pin; Thence N 85° 43' 29" E, 55.61 feet to an iron pin; Thence S 89° 44' 24" W, 55.76 feet to the place of beginning. Containing 152 square feet (.003 acres). The above described is based on a field survey performed by Robert M.
