Said premises appraised at: $16,000.00 (Sixteen Thousand Dollars and 00/100) No sale can start at less than 2/3 of the appraised value of the property. BIDDING STARTS AT: $10,667.00 (Ten Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Seven Dollars and 00/100) If the Property does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale at the same time of day and at the same place on Monday June 1, 2026.
