LEGAL NOTICE In the Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, 205 S. High St., Akron, Summit County, Ohio. Case No. DR2025 07 1807. Tracey L. Nurse, 1600 Brittain Road, Apt. 322A, Akron, OH 44310, Plaintiff vs. Darrin L. Nurse, Defendant. Darrin L. Nurse, whose last known address is Haven of Rest, 175 E. Market St. Akron, OH 44308, but whose address other than as set forth is unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on July 17, 2025, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Divorce in the Common Pleas Court, Domestic Relations Division, of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. DR2025 07 1807, requesting a divorce from the defendant based on the grounds that the parties are incompatible; that the parties have lived separate and apart without cohabitation and without interruption for one year; that the defendant has been willfully absent for one year; that the defendant is guilty of adultery, extreme cruelty, fraudulent contract, gross neglect of duty and habitual drunkenness. Please take notice that a hearing is scheduled for March 11, 2026 at 1:30 p.m., before Judge Hightower.
