Hill, 1107 First Avenue, Akron, OH 44306, Plaintiff vs. Shirley K. Hill, Defendant. Shirley K. Hill, whose last known address is 992 Hammel Street, Akron, OH 44306, but whose address other than as set forth is unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on November 21, 2025, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Divorce/Annulment in the Common Pleas Court, Domestic Relations Division, of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. DR2025 11 3079, requesting a divorce from the defendant based on the grounds under one or more of the subsections of the Ohio Revised Code Section 3105.01.
