FORECLOSURE NOTICE: Case No. 25CV-7271. JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA, Plaintiff, vs. Alfred Johnson Jr., et al., Defendants. The Defendants, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, if any, of Alfred Johnson Jr., whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that Cross- Claimant Scotland Yard Condominium Association (the “Association”) filed its Counter Claim and Cross Claim in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215; seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 1599 McNaughten Rd., Columbus, OH 43232, Parcel No. 010-183053-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, attorney fees, and any other equitable relief; for reasonable rent to be paid during the pendency of the action; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims. The Defendants are required to answer the Association's Cross Claim within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
