FORECLOSURE NOTICE: Case No. 25CV-10694. Planet Home Lending, LLC, Plaintiff, vs. Camila Turner, et al., Defendants. The Defendants, John Doe(s), Names Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Beneficiaries of David L. Turner, Jr. and their Unknown Spouses and Creditors, whose last known address is unknown; and the unknown spouse of David L. Turner Jr., whose last known address is 1645 Hansen Ave., Columbus, OH 43224; will take notice that the Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 1645 Hansen Ave., Columbus, OH 43224, Parcel No. 010-102681-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, attorney fees, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims. The Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
