Khourie (aka Patricia Ann Khourie), et al., Defendants. The Defendants, Patricia A. Khourie, aka Patricia Ann Khourie, and the unknown spouse, if any, of Patricia A. Khourie, whose last known address is 2438 Sherwood Villa, Columbus, OH 43221, will take notice that the Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215; seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 2438 Sherwood Villa, Columbus, OH 43221, Parcel No. 070-012946-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, attorney fees, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims.
