FORECLOSURE NOTICE: Case No. 24CV-9323: J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Corp., Plaintiff, and United Wholesale Mortgage, LLC, Substitute Plaintiff, vs. Howard Foster, et al., Defendants. The Defendants, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Howard Foster, whose last known address is 244 S. Oakley Avenue, Columbus, OH 43204; and the Unknown Heirs at Law under the will, if any, of Tania Leeatoa, aka Tania Foster-Leeatoa, aka Tania L. Leeatoa, deceased, whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that on December 01, 2025, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, filed its Answer & Crossclaim in Case Number 24CV009323, Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215; seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 244 S. Oakley Ave., Columbus, OH 43204, Parcel No. 010-030378-00 and 010-024799-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real properties plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, attorney fees, and any other equitable relief; and for the real properties to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims.
