CASE NO. 25 CV 010298 JUDGE: KAREN PHIPPS LEGAL NOTICE Steven Warwick, will take notice that the Plaintiff, Freedom Mortgage Corporation, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Franklin County, Ohio, with the above reference case number. The object of and demand for relief in the Complaint is to foreclose upon the Plaintiff's Mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which the Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing Defendant(s) have or claim to have an interest: Situated in the County of Franklin, the State of Ohio and the Township of Jefferson: Being in Section 2, Tp. 1, Range 16, U.S.M. Lands, and being a part of subdivision 3, of Lot 10 as shown of record in Deed Book 28, page 13, Franklin County Recorders. Beginning at a point in the center line of Route #62 (Johnstown Road) and being north 51º° 44' East 587.02 feet from a point where the center line of said road intersects the west line of lot 10; thence north 43ºº 35' west (passing an iron pin at 30.12 feet) 366.52 feet to an iron pin; thence along the north line of the Kenneth D. & Minie B. Erler tract north 89º° 35' east (passing an iron pin at 576.23 feet) 653 feet to a spike in the center lien of the Johnstown Road; thence along the center line of the road, south 69º° 23' west 5.7 feet to a spike at the point of curvature of a curve to the left, the chord bearing south westerly 219.98 feet to a spike at the point of tangency of the curve (delta 17ºº 39', radius 717.63 feet, Tangent 111.39 feet and Chord 219.98 feet); thence along the center of said road, south 51º° 44' 259 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1.890 acres, more or less.
