Diane Damey whose places of residence being unknown, will take notice that on July 30, 2025, the undersigned PNC Bank, National Association, as Trustee of the George Thomas Weiss Trust U/W U/A/D 4/2/1954 (herein after “Plaintiff”) filed its Amended Complaint for Declaratory Judgment in the Trumbull County Probate Court against said individuals.      The above named defendant is required to serve upon the Plaintiff's attorney a copy of her answer to the complaint within 28 days after the last date of publication of this notice. Said answer must be filed with the Trumbull County Probate Court within 3 days after service on Plaintiff's attorney.
