A Child Under Eighteen (18) Years of Age

ANNETTE JOHNSON SMITH, and
BILLY RAY SMITH, JR.,
PETITIONERS,
VS.
JAMIE MICHAEL SEESE,
RESPONDENT.
IN THIS CAUSE, it appearing from the Order of Publication, that the residence of the Respondent, JAMIE MICHAEL SEESE, is unknown and cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry, it was ordered that publication be made for four (4) successive weeks in The Canton Repository newspaper, to notify the Respondent, JAMIE MICHAEL SEESE, to file an ANSWER with this Court and send a copy to Petitioner's attorney, Darrick L. Edmondson, whose address is: Post Office Box 789, Maynardville, Tennessee 37807, within 30 days from the last date of publication, exclusive of the last day of publication, or a judgment by default may be entered against Respondent. Failure to appear may result in the termination of Respondent's parental rights to the above-named minor child.
