PUBLIC NOTICE TO: Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns, and the unknown guardians of minor and or incompetent heirs of Billie Lyons, if any, whose addresses are unknown: You are hereby notified that Homer Howard, III., Administrator of the Estate of Homer B. Howard, Jr., has filed a First Amended Complaint in Declaratory Judgment as to the mobile home listed as a 1991 Palm Harbor Mobile Home, Model No. PH 32 OH 91 19316 676I, Mobile Home Title No. 140146233. A summary statement of the complaint is as follows: The records of the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles incorrectly reflect the ownership of the mobile home to be one half () interest of Decedent Homer B. Howard, Jr. and one half () interest of Billie E. Howard. Upon information and belief, the name Billie E. Howard is the incorrect name for Decedent Homer B. Howards former girlfriend, i.e. Defendant Billie E. Lyons (hereinafter referred to as Defendant Billie). Defendant Billie died on January 25, 2022 a resident of Fayette County, Ohio. No estate was opened for Defendant Billie. The obituary published for Defendant Billie lists no family or next of kin. A complete copy of the First Amended Complaint in Declaratory Judgment is available at the Clinton County Probate Court, 46 S. South Street, Wilmington, Ohio 45177, under Case No. 20264001. Those defendant unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns, and the unknown guardians of minor and or incompetent heirs of Billie Lyons, if any, whose addresses are unknown are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice which shall be published for six (6) consecutive weeks or any claim they may have as such heir may be forever barred.
