NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Pataskala Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., Pataskala City Hall, 621 West Broad Street, First Floor Council Chambers. The hearing will also be livestreamed via ‘City of Pataskala Ohio' YouTube page. The Board of Zoning Appeals will discuss the following applications: Variance Application VA-26-005: APC Towers IV, LLC, is requesting approval of a Use Variance pursuant to Section 1211.07(B) of the Pataskala Code to allow for the establishment of a Wireless Telecommunications Tower within a zoning district in which it is not a Permitted Use located at 4210 Mink Street SW, Parcel ID No. 063-140814-01.000.
Variance Application VA-26-006: Noah and Mikala Johnston are requesting approval of two (2) variances: one from Section 1279.04(A)(1) of the Pataskala Code to allow for a fence to be placed within 3-feet of a public right-of-way, and one from Section 1279.04(B)(1)(a) to allow for a 6-foot fence to be within the front yard setback located at 543 S. Main Street, Parcel ID 064-309516-00.000.
Variance Application VA-26-007: Joanna Arnett is requesting approval of a Variance from Section 1221.05(D)(4) of the Pataskala Code to allow for two (2) accessory buildings to be located on a lot without a principal structure located at 138 Merrit Road, Parcel ID Nos. 063-148260-00.000 and 063-148266-00.000.
Variance Application VA-26-008: Kevin Edwards is requesting approval of a Variance pursuant from Section 1221.05(A) of the Pataskala Code to allow for a property to exceed the maximum number of two (2) accessory buildings on a lot, for a total of four (4) located at 3849 Mink Street SW, Parcel ID No. 063-146850-00.000.
Variance Application VA-26-009: Stacey Grover is requesting approval of two (2) Variances: First, from Section 1227.05(B) of Pataskala Code to allow for a lot split that will create two (2) lots that do not meet the minimum lot size and lot width of the RR – Rural Residential zoning district. Second, from Section 1117.17(c) to allow for the creation of a lot that will not have frontage on a public thoroughfare located at 14358 Havens Corners Road and 14445 Havens Corners Road, Parcel ID Nos. 063-143316-00.000 and 063-141738-00.000.
