NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON APPLICATION FOR REZONING Notice is hereby given of a public hearing on an Application for  Rezoning of 59.445 acres (more or less) more commonly known  as Prairie Road and being Parcel ID Number 270030204000000  as filed with the City of Wilmington and approved by the Wilmington Planning Commission on May 5, 2026. The request is to  change the zoning from RR (Rural Residential) to GI (General  Industrial) with Modifications. The petitioner is The AZEK Group,  LLC. A plat and report of the Wilmington (Ohio) Planning Commission  are on file with the Clerk of the Wilmington City Council, Municipal Building, 69 N. South Street, Wilmington, Ohio, and are  available to the public for inspection.
