SUMMARY STATEMENT OF OBJECT OF THE COMPLAINT AND DEMAND FOR RELIEF
This action arises from a bicycle accident that occurred on or around September 19, 2025, at approximately 11:50 a.m. on SE Ankeny Street in Portland, Oregon. Plaintiff alleges that Defendant, while riding a bicycle, made a sudden unsafe left turn into Plaintiff's path, causing a collision and resulting injuries. Plaintiff asserts claims for negligence and negligence per se.
Plaintiff's demand for relief seeks recovery of damages and other relief, including: (1) medical expenses; (2) lost wages; (3) non-economic damages; (4) pre- and post-judgment interest; (5) costs and disbursements; and (6) other just and equitable relief as the court may determine. Plaintiff reserves the right to amend the demand for damages. Plaintiff demands a jury trial.
