SUMMONSONPOINT COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION v. BEAR BUILD, LLC AND MARCEL URS
TO: Bear Build, LLC and Marcel Urs, the above-named defendants.
You are hereby required to appear and defend the complaint filed against you in the above entitled action within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this summons, and in case of your failure to appear and answer, plaintiff for want thereof will apply to the above entitled court for the relief prayed for in its complaint, to-wit:
A. On the First and Second Claims for Relief:
1. For the principal sum of $99,920.71;
2. For Plaintiff's reasonable attorney fees, costs and disbursements incurred herein; and
3. For interest on the sum of paragraphs A1 and A2 above at the statutory rate of 9.00 percent per annum, from the date judgment is entered until paid in full.
B. All Claims for Relief:
1. For such other relief as the court deems just and proper.

This summons is published by order of Circuit Court Thanh H. Tran of the above-entitled Court made on the 2nd day of January, 2026, directing publication of this summons once each week for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Clackamas County, Oregon.
