NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, RANDALL S. TIMBS, have been appointed personal          representative of the Estate of KATHRYN E. TIMBS, by the      Circuit Court of the State of      Oregon for Jackson County and all persons having claims against said estate are required to present them to the personal representative at the office of the personal representative's            attorneys, Larsen MacGraw, LLP, Attn: Riley J. MacGraw 3531 E. Barnett Rd. Suite 107 Medford, Oregon, 97504, within four months after the date of the first publication of this notice or they may be barred.
