ARROWHEAD LAKE COMMUNITY
 ASSOCIATION, INC.
AREA 5 ROADS AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
CONTRACT NO. 2026-03
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by the Arrowhead Lake Community Association, Inc. until 11:00 am local time Friday, June 5, 2026. After bid opening, a public notice will be issued via PennBid containing any available bid results. It should be noted that bid results are subject to further review and should not be construed as issuance of an award.
All project documents are available at no cost via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com).
A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on May 15, 2026 at 2:00 pm at the Arrowhead Lake Community Association Administration Building, 961 Arrowhead Drive, Pocono Lake, Pennsylvania 18347. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
