The property is in the N-C – Neighborhood Commercial Zoning District. ZHB-2026-0005. The application of Keila Sanchez in reference to the property located at 780 S Russell St, requesting a variance regarding Section 325-136 to keep her gazebo in her front yard which is located on a corner lot.
