You are hereby summoned and required to answer Kingswood Custom Homes, Inc. and Kingswood Homes, Inc.'s Second Amended Third- Party Complaint in this action, of which a copy is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of  Third-Party Complaint within the tie aforesaid, Defendants Kingswood Custom Homes, Inc and Kingswood Homes, Inc. will apply to the Court for the judgement demanded in the Second Amended Third-Party Complaint.
