Main St. STE 2449 Winston-Salem, NC 27101 within thirty (30) days after the service of same exclusive of the day of such service. If you fail to answer same within the thirty (30) day period, the Plaintiff will apply to the Court for the relief demanded therein and judgement will be taken against you by default.
