YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Amended Complaint herein, a copy of which is hereby served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer to said Amended Complaint upon the subscriber, at her office at 200 East Main Street, Lexington, South Carolina 29072, within thirty (30) days after the service thereof, exclusive of the day of such service, and if you fail to answer the Complaint within the time aforesaid, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint.

The original Summons, Complaint, and Lis Pendens were filed on February 20, 2026, in the above-entitled action, with the Office of the Clerk of Court of Charleston County.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced and is now pending in this Court upon Amended Complaint of the above-named Plaintiffs against the above-named Defendants for partition regarding the below described property. The property that is the subject of this action is described as follows:
The northeastern portion of all that lot of land in the County of Charleston, State of South Carolina, delineated as Lot No. 4 on a plat of Hibernian Heights made by Jos. Needle, recorded in Plat Book F, Page 30, in the R.M.C. Office for said County, which said portion butts and measures East on Harmon Street about Sixty (60) feet; North partly on Lot No. 6 about One Hundred (100) feet and partly on Lot No. 5 about Fifty (50) feet; West on another portion of Lot No. 4 about Sixty (60) feet; and South on another portion of Lot 4 about One Hundred and fifty (150) feet, be all of the said dimensions more or less. NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN AD LITEM NISI
YOU WILL ALSO TAKE NOTICE that Jesse Alan Near, Esquire, Near Law Firm, LLC, PO Box 966, Lexington, SC 29071, has been designated as Guardian ad Litem Nisi for all Defendants who may be incompetent, under age, or under any other disability, by Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Charleston County, signed and filed April 29, 2026, and said appointment shall become absolute thirty (30) days after the final publication of this Notice, unless such Defendants, or anyone on their behalf, shall procure a proper person to be appointed as Guardian ad Litem for them within (30) days after the final publication of this Notice.
