PLEASE BE ADVISED that said sale will be made SUBJECT TO the following Senior Lienholders:
1. HSBC Bank USA, N.A. as Trustee for the Registered Holders of Renaissance Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-3 c/o Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC by virtue of that certain Assignment of Mortgage recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Horry County, South Carolina in Mortgage Book 5210 at Page 2279 and by virtue of that certain original Mortgage given by Eric L. Hughes and Sandrine
R. Hughes to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as servicer for Fidelity Mortgage in the original amount of Two Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand and 00/100 ($228,000.00) Dollars, dated May 11, 2007 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Horry County, South Carolina in Mortgage Book 4905 at Page 1620 on May 22, 2007. The balance on this account, as of March 3, 2026 is in the amount of Ninety-Nine Thousand Five Hundred and 52/100 ($99,500.52) Dollars.
2. Crown Asset Management, LLC by virtue of that certain Order for Judgment by Default against Sandrine Hughes in the amount of $2,519.21, filed on April 15, 2024 in Civil Action Number 2024-CP-26-00516. The balance on this account, as of April 22, 2026 is in the amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Nineteen and 21/100 ($2,519.21) Dollars.
3. Crown Asset Management, LLC by virtue of that certain Order for Judgment by Default against Sandrine Hughes in the amount of $1,807.23, filed on August 6, 2024 in Civil Action Number 2024-CP-26-03080. The balance on this account, as of April 22, 2026, is in the amount of One Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Three and 23/100 ($1,623.23) Dollars.
4. Conway Hospital d/b/a Conway Medical Center by virtue of that certain Transcript of Judgment against Eric L. Hughes in the amount of $3,496.68 filed on January 30, 2025 in Civil Action Number 2025-CP-26-0784. The balance on this account, as of March 3, 2026, is in the amount of Three Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Six and 68/100 ($3,496.68) Dollars.
The successful bidder at the sale shall take title to the property subject to the aforementioned senior lienholders and the purchaser will be responsible for satisfying said senior lienholders.

Hughes, HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee for the Registered Holders of Renaissance Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-3, Crown Asset Management, LLC, and Conway Hospital d/b/a Conway Medical Center, I, the undersigned Master-in-Equity for Horry County, South Carolina, will sell on June 1, 2026 at 11:00 AM, at the Horry County Courthouse, 1301 2nd Avenue, Conway, SC 29526, to the highest bidder:
ALL AND SINGULAR, that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in Socastee Township, Horry County, South Carolina, being shown and designated as Lot 173 of GLENMERE IV SUBDIVISION, on a plat of Glenmere Phase IV-B by Terry M. Watson, R.L.S., dated May 23, 1997 and recorded August 18, 1997 in Plat Book 149 at Page 144, Office of the Register of Deeds for Horry County, reference to which is craved as forming a part of this description.
TOGETHER with a non-exclusive private right of way and easement for ingress and egress for travel purposes to and from the above lot of land over, across and upon all streets and roads within Glenmere Subdivision.
THIS CONVEYANCE is made subject to that certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions recorded in Deed Book 1866 at Page 983, aforesaid records.
This being the same property conveyed to Eric L. Hughes and Sandrine R. Hughes by Deed of C. Richard Dobson Builders, Inc. dated June 14, 1999 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Horry County, South Carolina in Deed Book 2156 at Page 1317 on June 18, 1999.

Pursuant to South Carolina Supreme Court Administrative Order 2022-02-17-02, protective masks are no longer required in county courthouses; however any person who is at risk or concerned about the dangers of COVID-19 may continue to wear a mask inside any courthouse, subject to a request from judges, courthouse staff or law enforcement to briefly remove that mask during the presentation of a case or when necessary for security or identification purposes.
TERMS OF SALE: The successful bidder, other than the Plaintiff, will deposit with the Master-in-Equity, at conclusion of bidding, five (5%) percent of the amount bid, in certified check, as evidence of good faith, same to be applied to purchase price in case of compliance, but to be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff’s debt in the case of non-compliance. Should the last and highest bidder fail or refuse to make the required deposit a the time of bid or comply with the other terms of the bid within thirty (30) days, then the Master-in-Equity may re-sell the property on the same terms and conditions on some subsequent Sales Day (at risk of the said highest bidder)
As a personal or deficiency judgment is specifically waived, bidding will conclude at the fall of the gavel on June 1, 2026.
Purchaser to pay for documentary stamps on Master-in-Equity’s Deed.
The successful bidder will be required to pay interest on the amount of the balance of the bid from date of sale to date of compliance with the bid at the rate of Fifteen (15%) per annum.
SAVE AND EXCEPT ANY RELEASES, DEEDS OF RELEASE, OR PRIOR CONVEYANCES OF RECORD. SUBJECT TO ASSESSMENTS, COUNTY TAXES, EXISTING EASEMENTS, EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD, AND OTHER SENIOR ENCUMBRANCES.
In the event an agent of Plaintiff does not appear at the time of the sale, the within property shall be withdrawn from Sale and sold at the next available sales date upon the terms and conditions as set forth in the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale or such terms as may be set forth in a supplemental order.
