NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Cleburne Independent School District (Cleburne ISD) is accepting sealed proposals for the renovation of the cafeteria serving lines at Cleburne High School (RFCSP 2026-0608-01).
Proposals, properly marked and sealed, will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. CST on Monday, June 8, 2026, through the District's eBid system, or delivered to the Cleburne ISD Administration Building at 505 N. Ridgeway Dr., Ste. 100, Cleburne, TX 76033. Any proposals received after this time will not be considered. Faxed and emailed responses will not be accepted.
Proposals will be opened on Monday, June 8, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cleburne ISD Administration Building located 505 N. Ridgeway Dr., Ste. 100, Cleburne, TX 76033. At that time, the names and the prices of the vendors who submitted a proposal will be disclosed. Any recommendations for award will be made on June 15, 2026 at the Cleburne ISD Board of Trustees Meeting.

Cleburne ISD reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any formalities and/or irregularities, and to award any or all of the bid items in the best interest of the District.
