By virtue of an WRIT OF EXECUTION - 90 DAY issued by the Justice of the Peace Precinct 3 of Collin County, Texas, on the 3/11/2026, in the case of:
Jefferson Seaberg vs Pratik Patel, Butler Property Group
Case: 03-SC-24-00359, and directed and delivered to me as Constable Precinct 3, Collin County, Collin County, Texas, I have levied upon this 3/11/2026, and will, between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm, on the first Tuesday of June 2026, it being the 2nd day, of said month, at the courthouse door of Collin County, Texas, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder with cash in hand, unless otherwise exempted, all the right, title and interest which the said Pratik Patel had of, in and to the following described real property, to-wit:
BEING LOT 3 BLOCK 5 OF TOWN WEST, SECTION THREE, AN ADDITION OF THE CITY OF PLANO, COLLIN COUNTY TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLATE THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME C, PAGE 16 OF THE MAP RECORDS OF COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, MORE COMMONLY KNOWN AS 4045 CAVALRY DR. PLANO TEXAS 75023
Said property is levied upon as the property of Pratik Patel, Butler Property Group and will be sold to satisfy a judgment rendered in the said Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 8th day of November, 2024, in favor of Jefferson Seaberg and against the said Pratik Patel, Butler Property Group for the sum of $8,177.35 principal with interest at 8.00 % per annum from the 11/8/2024, attorney fees 6,285.29, court costs of $265.00 and further costs of executing this writ.
NOTICE: This property may have other liens, taxes due or encumbrances, which may become the responsibility of the successful bidder.
