LEGAL NOTICE
Circuit Court of Miller County, Arkansas, No. 46PR-26-70-1; Estate of JoAnn Fondren, aka JoAnn Varner, Deceased, 382 MC 458, Texarkana, Miller Co, AR 71854, who died 3/8/26.  Rhonda Clark and Trena Price, were appointed Co-Executrices of the Estate on 4/18/26. A contest of the probate of the will can be effected only by filing a petition within the time provided by law. All persons having claims against the estate must present them, duly verified, to the undersigned within 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be barred from any benefit in the estate.
