LEGAL NOTICE
Circuit Court of Miller County, Arkansas, No. 46PR-26-95-1; Estate of Jonathan William Stuart, Jr., Deceased, 1608 E 47th St, Texarkana, Miller Co, AR 71854, who died 1/25/26.  Breanna Seymone Stuart, was appointed Executrix of the Estate on 4/23/26. A contest of the probate of the will can be effected only by filing a petition within the time provided by law. All persons having claims against the estate must present them, duly verified, to the undersigned within 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be barred from any benefit in the estate.
