IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF MILLER COUNTY, ARKANSAS PROBATE DIVISION IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN MASON ANDRES, DECEASED NO. 46PR-26-100 NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES Last known address of decedent: 5 Wood Place, Texarkana, Arkansas 71854 Date of Death: March 18, 2026 An instrument dated November 6, 2025 was on April 23, 2026, admitted to probate as the Last Will of the above named decedent, and the undersigned have been appointed Co-Executors thereunder. Contest of the probate of the Will can be effected only by filing a petition within the time provided by law. All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate.
