In accordance with Texas Local Government Code §211.006, a public hearing will be held by the Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. and by the City Council on Monday, April 6, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in Fate City Hall located at 1900 C.D. Boren Pkwy, Fate, Texas for the purpose of discussion, consideration, and taking of any necessary action regarding a Planned Development Zoning Request for a 696.6-acre tract of land, currently zoned Agricultural, proposing a change to Planned Development Zoning District. The applicant intends to develop a master planned community with single-family residential and school uses. The properties are generally located in the vicinity of the intersection of FM 552 and North Smith Road in the city of Fate, Texas.
